Payments are not accepted in-person.
Paying Online reduces HOA costs, avoids late fees and lost checks and ensures timely processing of payments.​

Once your portal is activated, you will receive email messages, invoices, announcements, meeting notices and other important information from your HOA.  Your portal may also include links to important documents such as your warranty deed, HOA governing documents, etc.  Meeting minutes are posted on the event calendar so don't forget to read what happened in that meeting you may have missed!

The HOA Board encourage members to use the portal to pay online.  However, members may mail payment to Source at 1404 Hawk Parkway, Unit 215, Montrose, CO 81401. 

Please do not mark Source email messages as spam or block messages from Source.  Source will only send messages to members at the direction of the HOA Board.  You won't want to miss announcements, packets, events or other important information sent by email.
