April 2022 HOA Updates

1. The new address for HOA dues payments is 1404 Hawk Parkway Unit 215, Montrose, CO 81403.
    - The Ridgway post office box is no longer accepting payments
2. Sprinklers were turned on in mid-April.  Our landscaping company is prepping the gravel beds and working on the sprinkler lines.
     - If you know of a problem around your unit please call Kristy Colborn and leave a message with your unit and phone number          and she will return your call.​​​ 
3. Please contact Source HOA (info@sourcehoa.com) for help with the online portal.
     - Source office hours are Monday - Thursday 9a-4p and Friday 9a-12p.
4. ​For exterior maintenance issues, contact Kristy Colborn.  Renters should contact the unit owner for interior maintenance issues.
5. Snow removal happens when at least 3 inches of snow falls, otherwise is not performed.
