PLANNING COMMITTEE CHARTER
CHARTER: The Charter for the committee shall be to assess the future needs of the Cobble Creek Community and to make recommendations to the Executive Board of the Cobble Creek Homeowners Association for the possibility of funding and developing projects to address those needs.
MEMBERSHIP: The committee shall consist of four to six members appointed by The Executive Board.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of the committee as defined by the Executive Board are as follows: To review past, present, and future proposals and develop a plan and process to deal with them. Make recommendations to the Board.
POWERS: The powers of the committee will be to review the proposals and present recommendations to the Board.
TERM: The committee serves at the pleasure of The Executive Board. The Board has the power to adopt, amend or repeal this Charter.
CONDUCT OF MEMBERS: Committee members shall perform their duties in a professional, courteous and impartial manner. Each member shall discharge his or her duties in accordance with the best interests of the entire membership of The Cobble Creek Homeowner’s Association.
