CHARTER: The charter shall be to make recommendations to the Executive Board of the Cobble Creek Homeowner’s Association for the improvement and beautification of selected common areas of the Cobble Creek Development.
The objective is to improve the appearance of Cobble Creek common areas so as to maintain property values for all Cobble Creek members.
MEMBERSHIP: initial size of the committee will be five volunteers. Additional members will be added as the need arises. A Board member will chair the committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES: to determine requirements for beautification of the Cobble Creek development’s common areas, and to make recommendations to the Executive Board.
Committee will identify specific sites most suited for improvement.
Committee will make recommendations to the board that will include:
POWERS: to determine the most cost effective method of beautification by liaison with Weststar, HOA members and vendors; and to negotiate plans and contracts with vendors for approval of the Executive Board.
TERM: the committee serves at the pleasure of the Executive Board who has the authority to adopt, amend or repeal this charter at any time.
CONDUCT OF MEMBERS: Committee members shall perform their duties in a professional, courteous and impartial manner. Each member will act in accordance with the best interests of the entire membership of the Cobble Creek Homeowner’s Association.
