Community Managers & Community Administrators
Source HOA is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to provide solutions to homeowners in our portfolio. ​
Managers & Administrators coordinate the business of the HOA, interacting with the Board, members, professionals, and vendors.  

Required Skills:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner
  • Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience a plus
  • Ability to listen and speak clearly on the phone.
Manager Job Requirements:
  • Attend Board and Annual meetings
  • Prepare the Annual budget and monthly financial reports
  • Coordinate requests from the Board of Directors
Administrator Job Requirements:​
  • Process AR/AP
  • Respond to homeowner requests
  • Communicate HOA information and events
