HOA Committees

The HOA is looking for volunteers to serve on the following committees:

To join a committee, go to CONTACT to notify the Board of Directors that you are interested in serving on a committee.

Architectural Advisory Committee (AAC):
review and approve design and landscaping submittals from homeowners

Community Beautification Committee (CBC):
address common area issues​

Community Irrigation Committee (CIC):
address sprinklers, ditches, etc.

Community Advocacy Committee (CAC):
address issues that require City of Montrose coordination and support (traffic, roads, lighting, safety, etc.)
